14 Airports in the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast Privatization

It regards the concession of 14 airports, with an investment forecast of around R $ 6.4 billion. The airports are the following:

Congonhas Airport, in the Municipality of São Paulo (SP);
Airport Eurico de Aguiar Salles, in the Municipality of Vitória (ES);
Macaé Airport, in the Municipality of Macaé (RJ);
Gilberto Freyre Airport, in the Municipality of Recife (PE);
Orlando Bezerra de Menezes Airport, in the Municipality of Juazeiro do Norte (CE);
President Castro Pinto Airport, in the Municipality of João Pessoa - Bayeux (PB);
Airport Presidente João Suassuna, in the Municipality of Campina Grande (PB);
Santa Maria Airport, in the Municipality of Aracaju (SE);
Zumbi dos Palmares Airport, in the Municipality of Maceio - Rio Largo (AL);
Marechal Rondon International Airport, in the Municipality of Várzea Grande (MT);
Airport of Rondonópolis, in the Municipality of Rondonópolis (MT);
Airport Presidente João Batista Figueiredo, in the Municipality of Sinop (MT);
Pilot Airport Oswaldo Marques Dias, in the Municipality of Alta Floresta (MT);
Airport of Barra do Garças, in the Municipality of Barra do Garças (MT).

All of these terminals accounted for 19% of the country's passenger traffic in 2016, and Congonhas accounted for 10% of all traffic.

Feasibility studies will indicate whether airports will be tendered in bulk or alone. The Congonhas Airport, however, should be auctioned separeted. The conssesion contract term is expected to be 30 years.

Soon, those responsible for conducting the studies to assess the feasibility of the privatization and the best model to be adopted will be designated.

Auctions are expected to occur by the third quarter of 2018.

• Estimated investments: R $ 779.20 million

Macaé

• Passenger flow: (2016) 318 thousand passengers / year

• Vocation to serve the chain of the offshore oil industry, mainly to the platforms located along the Campos Basin
