Background

VDS Ingenieria is an Argentinian engineering company based in Buenos Aires. The company offers complete engineering solutions from product design and development to manufacturing. The company also has projects in a variety of industries, such as aerospace, aeronautical, railways, nuclear energy, automotive, defense, medical and industrial machinery. The services provided vary from structural analysis to testing services and On-site Personnel. 

Challenge

While expanding to other countries, VDS identified a good opportunity to enter Brazil, the largest market in Latin America to have a sizeable portion of the engineering market in the country. Their aim was also to have more clients and a new revenue stream.
 

Solution

Establish Brazil introduced a solution for VDS, which allowed them to incorporate a subsidiary that was administered remotely, until the point that they found clients in Brazil and expand their operations by hiring local employee. VDS started having a presence in other states and working with a major Brazilian company. 

Result

VDS has a fully functioning subsidiary in Brazil and has operations in major cities, providing outstanding engineering services to big companies like Metrô Rio.
